Robot Base Not Detected
Are you upgrading a Double 2 base?
- Try Rebooting
Pull the base out of the Charging Dock and hold the power button on the back of the base for at least 5 seconds. Wait until it powers down, then hold the power button to turn it on again. - If it won't power off:
Let the battery drain until it turns off, then put it in the Charging Dock.
- Pair iPad via Bluetooth
In the iOS Settings app Bluetooth section, select the item "Double 10-XXXXXX". If it doesn't appear, press the power button on back of your Double 2 base three (3) times to reset pairing. - Place Robot in Charging Dock
- Upgrade Firmware
On your iPad, download and open the Double app for iOS. Tap the settings icon in the top right, then tap Firmware Update. Do not remove your Double 2 base from the Charging Dock while the update is in progress. - Continue Double 3 Setup
This Double 3 head may reboot during the firmware update. This screen will change after the firmware update is complete.
